About the Role
Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Knoxville, TN.
Compensation: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple clinic locations with accuracy and efficiency
Collect and update patient information while ensuring a positive and professional experience
Manage and process incoming referrals through electronic systems
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow
Support the department with administrative tasks as needed, maintaining organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, safety protocols, and professional standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
