Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Receive a high volume of telephone calls to schedule and reschedule appointments
*Verify and update patient information
*Navigate and follow all steps of the scheduling process including assigning the correct exam tasks, referring physician information, selecting the correct exam, and correctly spelling medical terms and diagnosis
*Identify the correct CPT codes and fees for self-pay exams
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Knowledgeable in imaging studies to answer basic questions for the patient or referring physicians' offices and recite exam preparation guidelines
*Strong customer service skills
*Bilingual skills, English and Spanish
*Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Strong data entry and typing skills
