Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and referral sources within your territory
  • Educate healthcare professionals about medical products and services to promote adoption and optimal usage
  • Identify new referral opportunities and expand existing networks to drive sales growth
  • Manage your own accounts with autonomy, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quarterly goals
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
  • Provide feedback on product and service improvements based on client needs
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within local area
  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
  • 1-5 years of experience in medical, respiratory, healthcare, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry office or medical equipment as needed
  • Comfortable performing face-to-face client interactions
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, and stand during client visits

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Leadership experience in other fields
  • CRM experience and sales acumen
  • Recent college graduates with strong ambition and communication skills
