Job Title: Medical Sales Account Executive – Arkansas

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Medical Sales Account Executive, responsible for driving growth and strengthening relationships within the healthcare community in the Mountain Home region. This role offers a unique opportunity to promote innovative medical solutions, educate healthcare providers, and expand referral networks, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and provider satisfaction. Operating with full autonomy, you will manage a territory within a 50-60 mile radius, fostering strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Promote and educate clients on our medical products and services, ensuring clinical understanding and value.
  • Identify, target, and secure new accounts through proactive outreach and consultative selling techniques.
  • Expand referral networks by engaging with key medical professionals and participating in medical conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline development in CRM systems, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in medical or respiratory product sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and account development.
  • Knowledge in respiratory or medical device sales.
  • Leadership experience or experience training/mentoring others.
  • Ability to distill complex medical information into clear, Trust-building messages.
  • Willingness to travel within 15-20 miles of the primary territory.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry medical or office equipment as needed.
  • Comfortable sitting, walking, standing, and engaging in face-to-face interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
