Job Title: Medical Representative (Onsite - Davenport, IA)Job Description
The Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team is dedicated to protecting the safety, health, and well-being of all employees. As an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR), you will play a key role in this mission by providing first aid, health guidance, and safety support directly on the operations floor. You will work closely with the WHS site manager, WHS specialist, and occasionally the Injury Prevention Specialist, participating in safety committee meetings, engaging with new hires, and supporting case management reviews. This position is ideal for a medical professional who is passionate about workplace health, injury prevention, and educating others on wellness principles.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite in a dynamic operations environment where you will spend significant time on the floor interacting with employees and leadership. Shifts can be up to 12 hours and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations. You will work in areas where noise levels can vary and where temperatures and weather conditions may fluctuate, including exposure to outdoor loading areas at delivery stations. The position requires frequent lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and regular standing and walking throughout the shift. At some sites, you will continuously climb and descend stairs. You will use digital systems to maintain medical records and reports, and standard office technologies such as Microsoft Office to support documentation and communication. The medical workspace is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization, with well-managed medical supply inventory to support first aid and emergency response activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
