Position Summary:
Conducts audits of medical records for compliance to standards of care. Reviews for compliance with state, federal and Joint Commission standards. Assists in identifying trends or potential problem areas. Assist Medical Records Department team with Joint Commission survey readiness. Assists with any special projects as requested by Medical Record Department Management Team.
Position Qualification:
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
