MVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. We have a welcoming, team-oriented culture where patients and team members feel supported. Our clinicians and administrative team work closely together to provide personalized, consistent care. Located at the intersection of Mount Read Blvd and Maiden Lane, next to Aldi's, we've proudly served the community from this location since 2019.

What You''ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
• Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
• Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
• Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hourly pay $18.00 - $19.00
