Our busy and efficient Urgent Care clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist who thrives in a friendly, team-based environment while delivering exceptional patient services. PRN shifts are available Monday through Saturday.
What You'll Do Every Day
Greet each patient with a positive and welcoming expression and voice tone Ensure a smooth check-in process Perform methodical and repetitive tasks such as data entry into the EMR and insurance processing Maintain focus on patient experience and operational efficiency Handle phone calls and inquiries in a compassionate manner Assist with administrative paperwork like referrals and medical information requests
