Health Atlast Sherman Oaks is looking for a personable, highly organized Medical Receptionist & Patient Scheduler to join our busy, multi-disciplinary practice. Why You’ll Love This Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—setting the tone for an exceptional experience while playing a key role in keeping our daily operations efficient and organized. Your work will directly impact patient satisfaction and clinic success.


What You’ll Do:


  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments to maintain a full, optimized schedule

  • Greet patients warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance in person and by phone

  • Handle high call volumes across multiple lines with confidence and care

  • Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy of information

  • Verify insurance details and assist with related questions

  • Collect co-pays and process payments accurately

  • Support Personal Injury cases by communicating with attorneys and managing related documentation

  • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, mail handling)

  • Monitor and restock office and medical supplies as needed

What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment

  • Comfortable with data entry and general computer use (Microsoft Office proficiency required)

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and appointment coordination

  • Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
