McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Maintaining reception desk activities, including greeting, scheduling, coordinating appointments and instructing of patients and visitors in accordance with McFarland Clinics Core Values and Promise

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSet

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

• Receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
• Keyboard and computer experience
• Medical terminology class required within on year of employment.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
