Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making patients feel welcomed and supported, we’d love to meet you. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative and clinical support tasks in our busy medical practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Handle insurance verifications and prior authorization requests
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, and faxing documents
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations
Additional Responsibilities:
Willingness to cross-train and assist in various clerical and clinical support areas, which may include Rooming Technician and Procedure Room Assistant.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to assist with light clinical duties (training provided if needed)

Schedule:
Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm


Work Location: In person
