We are currently seeking to fill the Receptionist position at our Fresno office. 

-Medical office background preferred.
-$23.00 per hour compensation (negotiable, based on experience, etc). 
-Opportunity to accumulate overtime.  



This is a very fast paced position within a bustling business that requires attention to detail. Phone calls are the number one priority second to receiving guests and accommodating office staff. There are a variety of other clerical tasks aside from the incoming calls and guests. As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the face/voice of our company.
 
Duties
 

1. Maintains a smooth comfortable environment for office staff and guests.
2. Greet everyone that walks into the office with exceptional customer service.
3. Answer phone calls and direct the calls appropriately.
4. Keep a very detailed record of all calls and visitors that come in.
5. Take care of all medical record requests. 
6. Ensure that all common areas are clean, tidy and stocked appropriately.
   
   
   
   

 
Requirements
 

1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar service-oriented role. 
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs.
3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, etc).
4. Professional attitude and appearance.
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
9. Exceptional customer service attitude and positivity at all times, and with all whom you encounter.
