Farmington, CT.
Position Details- Position: Medical Receptionist
- Location: Farmington, CT
- Contract: 16 weeks
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $17.50$18.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls
- Assist patients with questions and direct calls appropriately
- Process and assist with incoming referrals
- Schedule appointments and support front-desk operations
- Verify and maintain patient information
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist or healthcare front-office experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with heavy telephone usage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
