Front Office Receptionist – OB/GYN Practice

Rose Women’s Health is a growing OB/GYN practice seeking a professional, dependable, and patient-centered Front Office Receptionist to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of medical front-office experience and be comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to providing excellent patient service.


Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist patients professionally and compassionately.

  • Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information.

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.

  • Answer phones and assist with patient questions.

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.

  • Collect copayments, deductibles, and patient balances.

  • Maintain accurate records in the EMR system.

  • Assist with referrals, authorizations, and medical records.

  • Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, billing, and patients.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

  • Support the front-office team with daily administrative duties.

Qualifications


  • 1–2 years of medical front-office or healthcare experience required.

  • Previous experience with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out.

  • Insurance verification and payment collection experience preferred.

  • Strong computer and EMR skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

  • OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
