    Job Title: Medical Provider

    Position Summary

    The Medical Provider is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medical care using evidence-based practices. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while monitoring treatment progress, educating patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical assessments, and laboratory review
    • Determine patient eligibility for treatment and develop individualized care plans
    • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and benefits
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Conduct follow-up visits and review laboratory results as needed
    • Prescribe medications and provide treatments within scope of practice
    • Perform office-based procedures as trained and required (e.g., ICI, PRP, ESWT)
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
    • Participate in provider meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
    • Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging treatment guidelines
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
    • Support a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinical environment

    Qualifications

    • MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the applicable state required
    • Previous experience in primary care, preventive medicine, hormone therapy, obesity medicine, or related specialty preferred
    • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
    • Experience interpreting laboratory results and managing ongoing patient care
    • Excellent communication and patient education skills
    • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
    • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered healthcare
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
