Be Global is hiring a Medical Practice Operations Manager for a well-established Community Hospital in Peterborough, New Hampshire, USA. This is a permanent, full-time, day-shift position with one opening. The salary is $80,000-$90,000 per year, depending on education and experience. The expected start date is November 23, 2026.
The Medical Practice Operations Manager will oversee the overall administrative and operational functions of a medical practice, including daily operations and workflows, patient scheduling, referrals and patient flow, and front-office operations. The role includes financial management, including departmental budgets, billing, collections, revenue cycle management and accounts receivable. It also includes human resources and staff supervision, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and retention, as well as quality improvement and regulatory compliance. The manager will provide leadership and strategic planning in partnership with physicians, clinical teams and senior leadership.
Requirements: An associate degree in a related field is required, and a bachelor's degree is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare or medical practice management experience is required. Previous Medical Practice Manager experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have strong knowledge of medical practice policies, including billing, collections, scheduling and staff management, and excellent communication, leadership, delegation, organizational and critical-thinking skills.
