Medical Practice Manager – Tampa
Join our fast-paced, patient-focused medical practice dedicated to delivering top-quality care and exceptional patient experiences. We’re seeking a skilled leader to manage daily operations, support our team, and drive practice growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and streamline practice operations
Support and mentor our healthcare team
Drive patient satisfaction and practice growth
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations and standards
Manage medical billing, collections and financial performance
Oversee and optimize Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle processes
Coordinate hiring, onboarding and ongoing staff training and development

Qualifications:

3-5 years of medical practice management experience, required
Work experience using eClinicalWorks, required
Knowledge of medical billing, insurance and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in QuickBooks
3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and revenue cycle management experience, required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
