Working Practice Manager (Registered Nurse)– Healthcare

Join a growing healthcare organization where you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting providers and staff, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader with strong clinical and management skills.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 Based on Experience

The Position:

  • 401k With Match of up to 4%
  • 40 Hours of PTO First Year
  • Accrues by 20 Hours Each Year After 3rd Year- 120 Hours

Clinical Support:

  • RN-level support in PACU as needed.
  • Assist with patient rooming, IV starts, and surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients during PACU recovery.
  • Assist providers with charts, progress notes, and imaging.
  • Experience in Pain Management is a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • BSN preferred with at least 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
  • OR Associate Degree in Nursing with 3–5 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Current RN license preferred/required for clinical responsibilities.
  • Lead day-to-day operations
  • Healthcare leadership or practice management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervise, coach, and support clinical and administrative staff.
  • Serve as the liaison between providers, staff, and management.
  • Ensure the practice operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, quality, productivity, and revenue cycle performance.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and staff meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, HIPAA compliance, and quality standards.
  • Assist with clinical operations and patient care when needed.
  • Experience with EMR systems; E-Clinical Works preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing/revenue cycle, and staff management.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday 7am to 5 pm
  • Occasional Saturday half-days
  • Outpatient medical office/clinical setting
  • Multi-site support may be required
