Position: Non-Instructional Paraeducator Date Posted: 9/2/2026 Location: Sarah Banks Middle School Date Available: 26-27 School Year

Monday through Friday Approximate Hours - 8:00am to 3:00pm (Includes duty free unpaid 30-minute lunch) 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week

Classification B Paraeducator New Hire Starting Rate of Pay: $17.33

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Assistance with student with medical issue affecting toileting
• Help with student's toilet schedule
• Assist in toilet clean up
• Ability to work under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher
• Ability to effectively interact/maintain a professional rapport with students, staff and parents
• Ability to provide support for students as determined by teacher and the student's needs
• Experience working with elementary age children
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and email
• Creative and self-directed
• Desire to learn new skills
