Medical Outreach Coordinator/Outfitter - Fleet Feet Richmond

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals by educating them on Fleet Feet's fit process, products, and services. The Outfitter/Medical Outreach Coordinator serves as both a trusted member of Fleet Feet's retail team and the primary connection between Fleet Feet and the local medical community. In-store, this role delivers an exceptional outfitting experience by providing personalized footwear, apparel, and gear recommendations through Fleet Feet's fit process. By building genuine relationships with customers, this position helps individuals of all experience levels move comfortably, confidently, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Outside the store, the Medical Outreach Coordinator builds meaningful relationships with healthcare providers to help improve patient outcomes through movement. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals by educating them on Fleet Feet's fit process, products, and services.
