What Youll Do- Manage new patient consultations and follow-up appointments in a hospital-based outpatient oncology clinic and infusion center
- Supervise and order chemotherapy treatments, including IV and oral therapies
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case reviews
- Support management of oncologic emergencies
- Conduct inpatient rounding independently and alongside the APP team
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff
- Address a case mix of approximately 85% oncology and 15% hematology, including various malignancies
- Use Epic and Aria EMR systems for documentation and clinical management
What You Need- Required:
- MD/DO license valid in Wisconsin, IMLC accepted
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- BLS certification, Chemotherapy Certification (ONS), Bone Marrow Biopsy certification
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical oncology
- Preferred:
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient oncology care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
