    Location: ARC 3 | Tampa, FL

    Facility: BayCare Health System, TPA Cardiology Tampa-BMG

    Shift: Days | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

    Status: Non-Exempt

    Weekend Work: None

    On Call: No

    Remote Work: Not eligible (Onsite only)

    Role Overview

    As a Medical Office Representative, you will support front desk operations within a busy physician practice by performing duties related to revenue cycle operations, patient scheduling, registration, and administrative support. This role is essential to providing an exceptional patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Performing patient check-in and check-out processes
    • Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle activities
    • Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
    • Handling patient inquiries and resolving scheduling concerns
    • Entering orders and maintaining accurate patient information
    • Utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules and patient records
    • Coordinating patient communications and appointment needs
    • Supporting office workflow through administrative and clerical duties
    • Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

    Experience

    Required:

    • Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR
    • Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
