    Facility: BayCare Health System, TPA Cardiology Tampa-BMG

    Shift: Days | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

    Status: Non-Exempt

    Weekend Work: None

    On Call: No

    Role Overview

    As a Medical Office Representative, you will support front desk operations in a busy physician practice and play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office workflows.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out
    • Collecting payments and processing revenue cycle activities
    • Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
    • Handling patient inquiries and resolving administrative concerns
    • Entering physician orders and maintaining accurate patient records
    • Utilizing various computer systems to manage provider schedules
    • Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs
    • Supporting daily office operations and administrative functions
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

    Experience

    Required:

    • Six (6) months of healthcare experience OR
    • Six (6) months of customer service experience
