The Neuron Clinic is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our San Marcos location. This role will supervise staff, support efficient patient flow, help maintain compliance with healthcare requirements, and partner with physicians and leadership to deliver a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader who communicates clearly and thrives in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Neuron Clinic’s San Marcos office, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and front- and back-office workflow.
• Oversee and coordinate the various neurological services provided at the clinic, ensuring that workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient support are aligned across service lines.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a professional, patient-centered culture among staff.
• Partner with physicians, clinical teams, and organizational leadership to meet patient-care, service, and operational goals for the San Marcos location.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and resources effectively.
• Resolve patient needs and concerns promptly and professionally while reinforcing The Neuron Clinic’s commitment to responsive, compassionate service.
• Monitor office performance, scheduling, collections, production, and other key operational metrics.
• Help identify opportunities for practice growth and improved efficiency.
• Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain strong communication between the clinical and administrative teams.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient care.

Qualifications/Experience:

• *REQUIRED* Previous medical office or clinic management, at least 3 years’ experience.  
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in medical office systems and software.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; an associate degree is acceptable.
• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential preferred.
