MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY ~8-5/ WEDNESDAY ~ 8-1; 30-32 HRS A WEEK 

20.00-24.00/HOUR

Responsibilities:

·      Supervise Front Desk Employees for efficiency, professionalism and overall work performance 

·       Proficiency with computers and software. Be proficient in EMR system in order to understand and be able to assist / support the front desk. Scheduling, posting payments, Posting Insurance EOB's   

·         Collecting Past Due Balances 

·       Ordering medical and office supplies

·             Liaise with doctors to identify potential office dysfunctions .

                  Motivate, monitor clinic staff to meet and exceed performance and revenue goals; as well as provider staff performance

·         Establishes and closely manages daily schedules to maximize productivity while maintaining the optimum patient experience

·        Draft memos, draft financial and other reports as appropriate. Make arrangements and assists with management meetings, and staff meetings.

·         Coordinates with outside computer programmers, consultants and contractors.

·         Operating and maintaining office equipment; arranges for repairs when necessary. Makes recommendations for new or additional office equipment as appropriate.

·         Performs other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned by owner

·          Overall responsible to ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards. Responsibilities:  HIPAA regulations and other accrediting agency regulations, medical practice acts, employment and safety laws, patient care laws, billing and insurance regulations or functions. Ensures staff receives appropriate education.
