    Front Office Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant

    We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced medical office. This is a full-time position with approximately 90% front-office responsibilities and a strong focus on patient communication.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, taking accurate messages, assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing day-to-day front-office duties. Experience working with multiple medical specialties is a plus.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
    • Taking clear and accurate patient messages
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments
    • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
    • Managing front-office administrative duties
    • Communicating with patients, providers, and staff
    • Providing basic Medical Assistant support as needed
    • Working efficiently in a very busy, multi-specialty medical office

    Qualifications:

    • Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Assistant experience preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
    • Strong phone and message-taking skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player
