At NIVA Health, we are building a different kind of healthcare experience — one centered around wellness, regenerative medicine, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care.

We’re looking for a strong operational leader to run one of our Jacksonville clinics.

This is not a traditional office manager role.

We want someone who thinks like an owner — a leader who can drive performance, build accountability, elevate team culture, and ensure the clinic operates at a high level every single day.

If you naturally take charge, solve problems quickly, lead confidently, and thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading day-to-day clinic operations
  • Managing team performance, staffing, and accountability
  • Driving patient experience and operational excellence
  • Monitoring KPIs, financial performance, and clinic efficiency
  • Supporting workflow optimization and operational improvement
  • Partnering closely with providers and leadership teams
  • Maintaining high operational and service standards across the clinic

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical practice management, or clinic leadership
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing staffing, scheduling, workflows, and team performance
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, reporting, and clinic performance metrics
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, HIPAA compliance, and patient service standards
  • Experience with EHR systems and healthcare administration platforms
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience

Experience in wellness, dental, aesthetics, orthopedics, medspa, specialty practice, or multi-provider healthcare environments is highly valued.

Who Thrives Here

  • Leaders who take ownership instead of waiting for direction
  • Individuals who hold high standards for themselves and their teams
  • Operators who can balance people leadership with business performance
  • Professionals who bring urgency, accountability, and positivity into the workplace
  • Problem-solvers who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Why Join NIVA Health?

  • Visible leadership role within a growing organization
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact
  • Collaborative and supportive leadership team
  • Performance-driven culture with growth potential
  • Competitive salary + bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and more

Compensation

$70,000 – $75,000 base salary + clinic performance-based bonus opportunities
