Our client located in Peterborough, NH is looking for a Medical Office Coordinator for their busy team!

Your qualifications for the Medical Office Coordinator position are as follows:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recent, relevant experience
  • Experience in medical office management, including team leadership and development (e.g., recruiting, hiring, training, and directing team members)
  • Scheduling and budget management experience
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office applications, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and compiling data to create reports
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
Benefits you will receive as the Medical Office Coordinator:
 
  • $21-$25/hour, depending on experience

For the Medical Office Coordinator position your duties will include:
 
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain qualified and competent staff members who reflect organizational values
  • Communicate objectives, priorities, and deadlines to staff; supervise daily operations; and maximize successful outcomes for each team member by providing effective feedback, orientation, tools, and education/training
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages open and honest communication
  • Coordinate department resources, manage budget, review financial data, and report variances 
  • Manage daily patient flow and streamline provider schedules
  • Collect patient information/feedback and research best practices to deliver a positive patient experience
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as assigned
