Nail Technician Position Overview:

In this role, you'll provide routine and at-risk foot care in a professional medical clinic alongside podiatrists and healthcare providers. Nail Technician Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical setting
- Treat all patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace

- Comply with state board regulations and health/safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs, autoclave logs, and sanitation records
- Support clinic staff with scheduling, appointment management, and patient documentation
- Scheduling appointments
- Enter salon worksheet data accurately into electronic systems
- Cross-train and assist with medical assistant or front desk tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Nail Technician Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Active manicurist or cosmetologist license from the designated state
- 2+ years of professional experience as a pedicurist or nail technician preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, other employees, and the public
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have a team mentality, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a team-first attitude
- Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
- Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
