A respected Pennsylvania defense firm is hiring a senior professional liability attorney in Philadelphia. The practice is medical malpractice defense, and the cases get tried.
The work: first-chair defense of physicians, hospitals and other providers from assignment through verdict. Expect a trial every month or two. Manage your own client and carrier relationships.
Who fits: deep medical malpractice defense experience and a record of first-chair jury trials. Admitted in Pennsylvania; New Jersey is a plus. At this level the firm expects some portable business. A plaintiff-side history does not rule you out.
The details: Philadelphia, hybrid, typically two to three days in the office with flexibility for the right attorney. Compensation is set to your experience and practice.
