What You'll Do
Represent physicians, hospitals, healthcare systems, nurses, and other medical professionals in complex medical malpractice litigation.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
Develop litigation strategy and work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and healthcare professionals.
Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Job Details

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey is required.
2-10 years of medical malpractice defense or complex civil litigation experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent deposition and courtroom advocacy experience.
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while collaborating with a team.
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
