We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Medical Lien Specialist to support our lien operations and help create a smooth experience for patients, attorneys, and our clinical teams.
Working closely with the Lien Manager, you’ll help coordinate lien cases from intake and scheduling through medical records, billing, and follow-up.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate lien case intake and prepare required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient and case records.
- Schedule appointments and verify documentation before visits.
- Prepare and distribute medical records and billing documents.
- Communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and clinic staff.
- Support relationships with legal partners and the clinic’s lien network.
- Assist the Lien Manager with workflow monitoring and team coordination.
- Help resolve case issues and identify opportunities to improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Medical, legal, or lien-related administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and medical records software.
- Spanish-English bilingual preferred.
- Knowledge of lien procedures and legal documentation is a plus.
