Our hospital provides comprehensive small-animal care, including wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, routine and advanced surgery, pain management, and same-day urgent care.
From building long-term relationships with clients and their pets to working through more complex or time-sensitive cases, Brookfield offers the opportunity to practice a broad scope of medicine in an engaging clinical environment.
We're looking for a veterinarian who wants to remain hands-on with patients while helping shape the medical direction of the hospital.
As Medical Lead, your primary focus will remain clinical. You'll continue seeing patients, performing procedures, managing cases, and building relationships with clients, while also serving as a trusted medical resource for the team.
Your leadership responsibilities will center on supporting high-quality medicine, encouraging collaboration, helping guide clinical protocols, and partnering with hospital and regional leadership on the continued growth and success of the practice.
This is about leading medicine, not becoming a full-time administrator.
One day may involve wellness visits, chronic disease management, dentistry, and surgery. Another may bring acute illnesses, wounds, gastrointestinal cases, diagnostic workups, or patients needing urgent evaluation and stabilization.
The hospital provides urgent and emergency evaluation during business hours, with referral relationships for patients requiring advanced or 24-hour emergency care.
