Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing
- Analyze and interpret laboratory results accurately
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance standards are met
- Maintain accurate patient and testing documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding test results
Qualifications
- Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) background required
- Florida laboratory licensure required or eligible
- ASCP certification preferred
- Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
