Key Responsibilities Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist
Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other specimens.
Process and prepare samples for accurate testing.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Follow quality control and safety standards set by the College of American Pathologists.
Record and report test results accurately to healthcare providers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with VA laboratory policies.
