Medical Laboratory Technician / Technologist - Summit Medical Central Lab

Summit Medical Group’s Central Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Laboratory Team! This is a full-time shift 40-hour per week opportunity. The selected applicant can pick from working 4 ten-hour shifts (4:30pm-3am) or 5 eight-hour shifts (4:30pm-1am).NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!! Frequent four-day weekends scheduled off (off Friday through Monday)! EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related science preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Tennessee Medical Technologist General license preferred. ASCP certification required.”
