Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:Planning and organizing instructional methods and resourcesProgrammatic accreditation (if applicable)Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environmentWorking one-on-one with studentsAssessing students and providing developmental feedback Position Requirements:3+ years of professional experience in the fieldMaster's Degree is requiredMust have ASCP- MT certification as a generalistMust have an unrestricted Florida DOH Clinical Laboratory Personnel license as Medical Technologist
