Medical Laboratory Technician

Global Dynamics, LLC is looking for experienced Medical Technicians in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Medical Technicians will be required to perform high complexity analytical testing procedures under the supervision of a Medical Technologist within various sections of the department; including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Transfusion Medicine. The large clinical lab is busy and fast-paced, processing a large volume of tests daily.

Required Qualifications:

• An Associate Degree in a related field
• Completion of a medical technician practice program and certified as a MLT (ASCP)
• CPR and BLS certification from an American Health Association Vendor
• A minimum of one (1) year experience within the last three (3) years
• Clinical lab experience preferred
• Experience particularly in Coagulation and Hematology is a plus

Job Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for preparing reagents
• Assisting with monitoring inventory
• Capable of troubleshooting instrument issues
• Completes other duties as assigned relating to the functions of a Medical Laboratory Technician
