MLS: Graduate of a four-year degree in Clinical Laboratory science OR MLT (ASCP) certified with additional semester hours in clinical laboratory equivalents from an accredited school with 2 years of full time lab experience and certified as an MLS (ASCP). Licensure/Certification Qualifications: MLT: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent certification, is required within one year from the date of hire.
