    Description

    Ogema, MN

Full-scope generalist bench work in Minnesota lakes country — small lab, big impact, no big-hospital politics.

    The Community

Ogema sits in Becker County in the heart of Minnesota’s lakes country, minutes from White Earth and about 30 minutes from Detroit Lakes, where you will find groceries, restaurants, schools, and a hospital. This is a four-season outdoor region — more than 400 lakes within a short drive, walleye and northern pike fishing, canoeing, hunting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. Housing costs are a fraction of metro Minneapolis, the commute is measured in minutes, and Fargo-Moorhead is roughly 90 minutes west for shopping, air travel, and college sports.

    The Facility

You will work in the clinical laboratory of a busy tribal ambulatory health center serving the White Earth community — primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy under one roof. The lab is a generalist environment: you will rotate across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, and microbiology setup rather than being locked into one bench, and you will work directly with the providers you support.
