Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests in a timely and accurate manner
• Collect and prepare specimens for analysis
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as an MLT (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
