Primary Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens

- Utilize automated instrumentation and manual methodologies across multiple laboratory disciplines
- Maintain quality control standards and participate in proficiency testing activities
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and assist with routine maintenance procedures
- Follow established laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow laboratory professionals to support patient care
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of testing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, or related field
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Laboratory experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
