Responsibilities

• Stay updated with regulatory changes; participate in internal and external audits.

• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth laboratory operations during peak periods.

Experience/Qualifications

• Clinical lab testing with accurate, timely result reporting.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment with QA/QC adherence.

• Biospecimen handling, safety protocols, and proper waste disposal.

• Document procedures and results with traceable records.

• Collaborate with clinicians to interpret results for patient care.

• Stay current with regulatory changes; participate in audits.
