What You'll Be Doing

• Perform moderate and high-complexity testing on a variety of patient specimens
• Analyze and verify laboratory results with precision and attention to detail
• Utilize advanced laboratory instrumentation and technology
• Maintain quality control standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues as needed
• Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals and healthcare providers to ensure outstanding patient care
• Maintain compliance with all laboratory, safety, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related scientific discipline
• Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality
• Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
