What Youll Do
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and body fluid analysis
- Serve as shift coordinator, providing leadership during night shifts
- Work independently with minimal support staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues with advanced instrumentation
- Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers such as Ortho VITROS 5600, Beckman DxC 700AU, Radiometer ABL 90, Abbott Architect, and Sysmex UN-3000
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
- Support laboratory quality control and proficiency testing activities
What You Need
Required:- Louisiana Clinical Laboratory Science License
- 2+ years of Laboratory Sciences experience
- Proficiency in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Body Fluid analysis
- Experience with Meditech Expanse or similar LIMS preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Preferred:- Experience with laboratory instrumentation listed
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols
