Pay: $40.00–$64.00 per hour ($83,200–$133,120 annually)

We are recruiting for an exciting Immunohematology Laboratory Scientist III opportunity with an organization in the Seattle, Washington area.

This position offers competitive compensation, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to specialize in advanced immunohematology within a reference laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex antibody identification and red cell reference testing

• Conduct antibody investigations using tube, gel, and solid-phase methods

• Perform adsorption, elution, and warm autoantibody evaluations

• Investigate transfusion reactions and complex compatibility cases

• Perform neonatal evaluations and antibody titers

• Work with rare blood units and specialized blood products

• Maintain quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with laboratory professionals and physicians on complex testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or equivalent

• MLS, BB, MLT, or equivalent certification required

• Minimum 2–3 years of immunohematology laboratory experience

• SBB certification preferred but not required

• Strong knowledge of antibody identification and transfusion medicine

• Ability to work independently and accurately in a highly regulated laboratory environment
