Position Summary Now Hiring: Medical Laboratory Scientist Sr. | Orlando Health Clinical Laboratories Are you an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to take the next step in your career? Orlando Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist Sr. to join our team and play a key role in laboratory operations, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development. What You'll Do: Perform and oversee complex laboratory testing and analysis Support quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts Assist with policy development, instrument evaluations, and competency programs Train and mentor laboratory team members Serve as a technical resource and assist with departmental leadership responsibilities Help ensure inspection readiness and operational excellence Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship Minimum of 3 years of Medical Laboratory Science experience Current Florida Medical Technologist License required ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification preferred Why Orlando Health?
