Job Description
The Medical Lab Scientist (Med Tech) performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. This position is a working Supervisor position for Microbiology. Responsible for the day to day operations of the department. Responsible for regulatory compliance.
Minimum Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
Minimum Experience: 2 years working in acute care facility.
Licensure: MLS or equivalent. ASCP Certified preferred.
This is a full-time position.
