Where and when

• Location: Franklin Park, IL
• Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour
• Schedules:
  • 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • Fri–Sun: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (work 12 hours for 3 days; paid for 40 hours)

Day-to-day snapshot

• Follow clear work instructions to assemble medical product kits to standard.
• Package finished goods in pouches, trays, or cartons and apply correct labels.
• Verify parts, counts, lot numbers, and labels before sealing.
• Perform visual inspections to confirm quality specifications are met.
• Label, seal, and stage orders for shipping.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Replenish components and packaging supplies to keep work flowing.
• Maintain GMP compliance, safety practices, and a clean, organized work area.
• Alert supervisors to quality or equipment concerns.
• Support teammates to meet production goals.

Skills and experience

• Reliable and punctual.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English comfortably.
• Previous experience in assembly, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production preferred.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or clean manufacturing is a plus.
• Adept at following written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
• Basic computer familiarity is helpful.
• Works well individually and in a team.

Physical readiness

• Stand and walk most of the shift (with occasional opportunities to sit).
• Frequent hand use for repetitive assembly/packaging tasks.
• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance if required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Comfortable in a high-pace production environment.
