Salary Range: $135000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain medical gas distribution systems across various healthcare facilities.

Conduct thorough pressure testing and verification to ensure systems meet safety and code requirements.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep life-saving equipment functioning without interruption.

Identify potential risks or system failures before they occur through proactive site inspections.

Collaborate with facility managers to address specific system needs and provide clear updates on progress.

Maintain accurate documentation for every project to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations.


Requirements

ASSE 6020 or 6040 Certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Five or more years of hands-on experience in specialized piping or HVAC systems.

Deep understanding of NFPA 99 standards for healthcare facilities.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills.

Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering blueprints.
